Have: don't/doesn't have / Do you have / Does he have..?

Have got to + V1
= MUST/NEED
Have to + V1

HAVE with dynamic meaning -> action verb: have (drink) tea, have (eat) dinner, have (take) a shower, have a baby, have a conversation, have a rest (relax, rest) (we don't use HAVE GOT in these situations)
HAVE can be used here in Continuous tenses (HAVE GOT can't be used in Continuous)
We are having dinner.
We are having got dinner.
